What They Need
An active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience, including at least 3 years of dedicated Case Management experience within an inpatient or acute care hospital setting.
At least 1 year of formal healthcare leadership or supervisory experience.
Professional certifications such as Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) are highly valued.
