What They Need

Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital case management leadership or healthcare administrative experience (5 years preferred).

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration for RNs, or a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) for social work leaders. Advanced degrees (MSN, MBA, MHA) are highly valued.

Active Licensure: A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or LCSW/LMSW license valid for the state of practice.

Regulatory Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of CMS regulations, utilization management protocols, and Joint Commission accreditation standards.

Strategic Vision: The ability to educate medical staff, analyze utilization data, and collaborate with revenue cycle teams to minimize denials and optimize length of stay.
