What They Need
Clinical Credentials: An active RN or LCSW/LMSW license in the state of Tennessee (or compact equivalent).
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration; or a Master’s in Social Work.
Leadership Depth: At least 3 years of acute hospital case management experience or healthcare leadership.
Operational Mastery: Proven ability to manage department throughput, ensure CMS compliance, and prevent denials through rigorous utilization oversight.
