What They Need

Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3+ years in acute care Hospital Case Management, with a strong preference for 2+ years in a formal leadership role.

Clinical Credentials: Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW licensure is required.

Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Nursing, MHA, or MBA is highly preferred.

Operational Mastery: Expertise in discharge planning, resource utilization, and regulatory compliance within large-scale facilities.

Interpersonal Influence: Ability to build trust across interdisciplinary teams, including the CMO, CNO, and legal departments.
