What They Need

Expert Leadership: Minimum of 2 years in Case Management leadership and 3+ years in acute care hospital Case Management.

Clinical Credentials: Active RN licensure, LCSW, or LMSW is required.

Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MSN, MHA, or MBA) is highly preferred.

Operational Mastery: Proven ability to manage LOS, discharge planning, and resource utilization for a high-volume facility (75k+ annual patients).

Strategic Vision: An executive presence capable of collaborating with the CFO, CMO, and CNO to meet division-wide benchmarks.
