A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business preferred. Candidates must hold an active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license. You should have at least three years of recent hospital-based case management experience and two or more years in a leadership capacity, ideally at the director level within a larger hospital environment. Experience overseeing staffing models, compliance, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and performance metrics is essential. This role requires confidence, adaptability, and the ability to lead through complexity in a high-volume setting.
