This is a full-time, dayshift leadership role with rotating weekend responsibility, designed for a seasoned case management executive ready to operate at enterprise scale. You’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team across case management, social work, and chaplain services, supported by experienced managers and administrative leadership. What they need

A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s in nursing, healthcare administration, or business preferred. Active licensure as an RN, LCSW, or LMSW is required. Candidates must have at least three years of acute care hospital case management experience and two or more years in a leadership role. This position requires proven ability to analyze data, develop and execute action plans, build physician and post-acute relationships, and lead through change in a fast-paced environment. Experience overseeing large teams, multiple service lines, and hospital-wide operations is essential.
