They’re seeking an accomplished professional with recent acute hospital case management experience and proven leadership results. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must hold an RN license or social work licensure (LCSW/LMSW). This role requires an executive presence, strong communication skills, change-management expertise, and the ability to drive performance across complex workflows. You’ll be responsible for operational oversight, staff development, resource allocation, compliance, performance improvement, stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring exceptional care coordination from admission through discharge.
