What We Need:

🚨Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience (hospital setting preferred but not required; open to community social workers)

🚨Qualifications:LCSW and Master’s in Social Work (MSW)

🚨Skills:Strong critical thinking, multitasking abilities, and emotional resilience

🚨Ability to work collaboratively with case managers, physicians, and nurses

🚨Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer regulations
