We're looking for an experienced Director of Case Management to lead daily operations, compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration to the next level.

In this day shift leadership role , you'll drive clinical resource utilization, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives while managing a team of skilled professionals. You’ll play a critical part in aligning operations with both hospital goals and patient-centric values — all while maintaining a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous learning.

What you’ll bring to the table:

--Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (LCSW not accepted)

--2+ years of acute care case management leadership + 5–7 years clinical experience

--Bachelor's required; Master’s in Nursing, Health Admin, or Business preferred

--Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

--Deep understanding of hospital regulations and performance metrics
