Join a dynamic team in El Paso as the RN Manager of Case Management, where your leadership ensures that every patient transitions safely and efficiently through the healthcare system.
In this full-time, day-shift role (with rotating weekends), you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of Case Managers and Social Workers to facilitate proactive, patient-centered care from admission through discharge. With 18 FTEs, a dedicated coordinator, and a direct-report supervisor under your leadership, you’ll be at the heart of resource optimization and compassionate advocacy.
Your day-to-day will include comprehensive patient assessments, discharge planning, third-party payer communication, and real-time collaboration with physicians to manage utilization and improve care delivery. You'll act as a critical liaison—connecting patients, families, and care providers—while ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
Required:
--Active Registered Nurse license
--Bachelor’s Degree
--2+ years of supervisory or management experience in Case Management within an acute care setting
