Are you an experienced RN with a passion for optimizing patient care and leading dynamic teams? We are looking for a highly skilled Manager of Case Management to oversee the daily operations of our department and ensure timely, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role will have you collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions and optimize discharge planning.

--Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM), with rotating weekend on-call
--Lead a team of skilled RN Case Managers and Case Management Assistants
--Work in a fast-paced, acute care environment with 542 beds and diverse patient cases
--Utilize your expertise in insurance, discharge planning, and care coordination
--Drive continuous improvement and staff education to enhance the patient journey

Required Qualifications:
--Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Master's preferred
--Current California RN license (pending license accepted)
--3-5 years of case management or nursing management experience in an acute hospital setting
--In-depth knowledge of Interqual, M&R, and hospital reimbursement processes
