Are you an experienced RN passionate about guiding patients through their care journey? Join our team as an RN Case Manager - Observation! This is your opportunity to take on a dynamic role where you directly impact patient outcomes and navigate complex care coordination.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of care for observation patients by utilizing InterQual criteria, collaborating with physicians, and overcoming any barriers to care. Your expertise will drive timely decisions for admission and discharge, helping to ensure quality care, patient safety, and positive outcomes. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Social Services, to meet patients' discharge needs and prevent avoidable readmissions.

Position Highlights:
--Available Shifts:Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Rotating Weekends)

--Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (No Weekends)

Required Certifications: Florida RN License, BLS-AHA Provider Card

Preferred Experience: 1+ years of Case Management (especially with InterQual)

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000
