What They Need
Clinical Credentials: An active RN or LCSW/LMSW license in the state of practice.
Proven Leadership: 3 to 5 years of acute hospital case management leadership experience with a focus on department operations and staff competency.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a health-related field (Master’s in Nursing, MHA, or MBA strongly preferred).
Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with CMS regulations, TJC accreditation standards, and InterQual® criteria.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to manage department budgets, lead Revenue Cycle meetings, and optimize transition planning to prevent payer disputes.
