What They Need
Educational Foundation: A Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Social Work, or a related healthcare field.
Licensure: Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Clinical Leadership: 6 years of experience in Case Management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Strategic Expertise: Proven ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and providing adult education to multidisciplinary teams.
Complexity Management: Deep experience in managing complex client care areas, discharge planning, and utilization management.
Preferred Credentials: CCM or ACM certification is highly valued.
